The Star City Classic tips off Friday night with teams from around the region making their way to Lincoln’s Kinetic Sports Complex.
Some traditional big-name AAU programs and Shoe Circuit teams will face off against each other in showcase games.
Primetime Friday in Lincoln is the place to be if you like watching high-level players for some of the best matchups in the event.
The first big game will see the top-two 15U teams from the state play at 6 p.m. on court 1 when OSA 15U 3SSB (Adidas) faces Nebraska Supreme – UAA (Under Armour) 15U.
In the next set of games at 7:05 p.m. there are two big matchups. OSA 17U 3SSB will face St. Louis-based Bradley Beal Elite – EYBL (Nike) 17U on court 3 while OSA 16U 3SSB will play Kansas City-based KC Run GMC – UAA 16U on court 1.
The 8:10 p.m. set of games will have two more big matchups with Nebraska Supreme – UAA 17U facing SSA Elite Black on court 3 and OSA 15U 3SSB facing KC Run GMC – UAA 15U on court 1.
The night cap, or 9:15 p.m. games, has two more games to watch. On court 1, OSA 16U 3SSB plays Bradley Beal Elite – EYBL 16U. On court 3, OSA 17U 3SSB will face KC Run GMC – UAA 17U.

Gradey Dick, KC Run GMC (Sunrise Christian, Bel Air, Kan.): The 6-7 forward committed to Kansas earlier this year. Dick is the No. 24-rated player nationally according to the 247Sports Composite Ranking.
Isaac Traudt, Nebraska Supreme (Grand Island, Neb.): The highest-rated in-state prospect in the 2022 class. Traudt is rated No. 51 by the 247Sports Composite. He holds offers from numerous power conference schools including Nebraska, Creighton, Kansas, Michigan State, Oklahoma, Ohio State and Purdue.
Brandon Miller, Bradley Beal Elite (Antioch, Tenn.): Mitchell is the No. 14-rated prospect in the class per the 247Sports Composite. At 6-7, the five-star prospect holds offers from the likes of Alabama, Auburn, Kansas, Florida, Louisville and Tennessee.
Nick Smith, Bradley Beal Elite (Sherwood, Tenn.): Smith, a four-star prospect, is rated at the No. 26 player nationally according to the 247Sports Composite. He holds offers from Auburn, North Carolina, Alabama and Arkansas.
