Pinnacle Bank Game of the Week: Norris 3 Elkhorn South 2

In the Pinnacle Bank Game of the Week Class B No. 2 Norris came back to win the match 3-2 over Class A No. 2 Elkhorn South.

The Titans raced out to a 16-12 lead in the first set winning set one 25-20. Elkhorn South took the second (25-22) and cruised in the third (25-15).

Nebraska commit Maisie Boesiger served nine straight points in the third set to give the Titans an 11-2 lead in the fourth set. Boesiger finished the match with 45 assists, 23 digs, 5 kills and 3 aces.

After a 6-1 start in the fifth set, Elkhorn South trimmed the lead to 7-5 but couldn’t close the gap. The Titans would go on to win the fifth set 15-11 and the match 3-2.
