The 2022 NSAA State Boys and Girls Basketball Tournaments will be played at the same time and over the same six days. The tournaments will be held Monday, March 7 through Saturday, March 12 in Lincoln.

The reason? Pinnacle Bank Arena is not available the first weekend in March 2022 due to Lincoln hosting the Big Ten Conference Wrestling Championships (March 5-6, 2022) the week the girls state basketball tournament was to be played.

Details on the specific schedule are to be determined. Some initial thought is you could rotate games in the classes. For example, the semifinals in Class A could be a girls game followed by a boys game in one session, then boys game and girls game in another.
