The 2021 Heartland Athletic Conference (HAC) brackets have been released.

The higher seeded teams will host the first round games (Dec. 27) and the second round (Dec. 28). The boys semifinals and championship game will be played at Lincoln Southeast Dec. 29 and 30. The girls semifinals will be played at Lincoln High Dec. 29 and the championship at Lincoln Southeast Dec. 30.
